Ingredients
  

  • - 4 6-oz salmon fillets, skin-on
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • - 2 teaspoons paprika
  • - 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1 lemon for serving
  • - Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove salmon from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Pat fillets thoroughly dry with paper towels.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
  • Brush each fillet with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sprinkle seasoning mixture generously over the salmon. Gently pat the seasonings into the fish.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, depending on thickness. No need to flip!
  • Let rest for 2-3 minutes after cooking.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.

Notes

- For best results, ensure salmon fillets are of equal thickness
- Check temperature with meat thermometer - should read 145°F (63°C) at thickest part
- Pat salmon completely dry before seasoning for crispy exterior
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket
